At LowFi Lounge, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States and may also support selected international destinations when available at checkout.
If your location is not available during checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery time is:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International orders, if available: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
LowFi Lounge is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist you with checking the order status.
We recommend also checking with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ugurmutlu421@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
We will review the case and assist with a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Cancellations
