1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes. LowFi Lounge accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.
6. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. LowFi Lounge does not charge any restocking fees.
7. Are any items final sale?
No. We do not have final sale items. Eligible products can be returned within the 30-day return period.
8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
